We Were Built to Close the Gap
AFRICOPIL Consulting was founded on a straightforward observation: the financial institutions of Central Africa are underserved by the global consulting market.
Large international firms bring broad frameworks but limited regional context. Local technology providers offer proximity but rarely the depth of expertise required to guide complex transformation programs. The result is a gap. In that gap, modernization stalls, AI pilots never reach production, and cybersecurity postures lag behind an increasingly hostile threat environment.
We were built to close that gap.
Our founding team brings together decades of combined experience in DevOps engineering, payments infrastructure, AI architecture, cybersecurity, and banking operations. We have worked on some of the most complex financial technology programs in the CEMAC zone, and we have built the kind of regional relationships and regulatory fluency that cannot be acquired from a foreign headquarters.
Our name, AFRICOPIL, reflects our identity: Africa rooted, pilot minded, and built for the long term. We are not here to deliver a report and move on. We are here to see transformation through.
